Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyelidiki dampak bias heuristik, perasaan terlalu percaya diri, ketersediaan, representatif, dan penambatan (anchoring) pada proses pengambilan keputusan investasi mahasiswa. Berbagai dugaan yang diajukan didalam penelitian ini, diuji melalui analisis jalur dari data  responden yang dikumpulkan yang berasal dari mahasiswa aktif melalui survei dengan kuesioner terstruktur, yang didistribusikan secara daring. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural untuk menilai model pengukuran dan model struktural. Hasil analisis data menyoroti peran penting toleransi risiko dan literasi keuangan dalam menentukan pilihan investasi mahasiswa, ketika dipengaruhi oleh bias heuristik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya edukasi mengenai risiko dan toleransinya, dan literasi keuangan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas mahasiswa dalam mengambil keputusan investasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku keuangan berperan penting dalam memahami bagaimana bias heuristik mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan investasi mahasiswa. Dimasa mendatang sebaiknya dilakukan penelitian yang menerapkan berbagai metode pengumpulan data, termasuk survei dan wawancara.
